October's must try at Phurr!

Every few months we try to bring in more and more into the menu to keep our regulars to have something to look forward too! One of our biggest learning is ensuring our customers have their usuals and a chance to explore something new every single visit. This month we have some few dishes and mocktails that have instantly become crowd favorites.

Starters:


  • Tender Coconut Fritters topped with mixed fruit salsa – A light and crispy twist on coconut, perfectly balanced with a refreshing fruit salsa


  • Sesame Chilli Avocado – Creamy avocado meets the bold flavours of sesame and chili, delivering a burst of flavour in every bite


  • Mint Paneer Nuggets with House Chutney – Soft, mint-infused paneer coated in a crunchy exterior, served with a tangy chutney


  • Stuffed Mushroom with Pesto Sauce – Juicy mushrooms filled with savoury goodness, paired with the richness of a fresh pesto sauce

Phurr mocktails Plum Parakeet

  • Jack Sparrow 2.0 – The crowd favourite mocktail now gets an upgraded twist! Made using real Jackfruit pulp, this elevated drink is as fresh as it gets


  • Plum Parakeet – Made with fresh plum purée, black salt, a house mix, and lime juice, this mocktail is a spicy and tangy delight


  • Hummingberry – A vibrant fusion of blueberry, blackcurrant syrup, grenadine, lime juice, and cranberry juice for a perfect balance of sweet and tart
